William “Bill” Holdeman went home to with the Lord following his battle with pancreatic cancer. He was a young man of 67 years, born October 18, 1957 in Allegan. He was the son of Marion “Verne” and Marylou Holdeman.

 Bill enjoyed fishing with his son and grandson, being in the out-of-doors and was a big Nascar Fan. Bill was a good neighbor to several senior citizen homes by providing lawn service in the summer, raking leaves in the Fall and snow removal in the winter for 29 years. Bill worked at Hydro Aluminum as a truck driver for 26 years until his retirement. 

Surviving are his wife Therese of 41 years, his son Andrew (Stephanie Miller) and a special grandson Noah Holdeman of Plainwell. Also surviving are his brother Joe (Marcia) Holdeman of Otsego, sisters, Sharon (Ken) Faulkenstein of Allegan, Debbie Moats of Kalamazoo and Chris Holdeman of Gobles. Many nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sisters Barb Croy and Sandy Hughes. 

Friends may meet with Bill’s family on Sunday, September 14, 2025, from 1-3 P.M. at the Winkel Funeral Home, Otsego. Cremation will follow.
