the son of Richard and Dorothy (Oviatt) Rupe. Steve enjoyed fishing and the out-of-doors, spending time at his home with his family, pizza and his cigars. Surviving are his daughter Brook (John) Green of Otsego; a grandson, Bradley; a brother, Kenneth Richard Rupe of

Arkansas

; niece and nephew, Tiffany and Aaron; special friends, Dave (Kathy) McDonald and their children,

Davie

and Patricia McDonald. Preceding Steve in death were his parents and an infant son Robert James Rupe. Cremation has taken place and there are no services scheduled at this time.
