Rita Terrill

Rita passed away Tuesday morning, October 26, 2021 at Ascension Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

She was born February 15, 1945 in Fremont, MI to Peter and Mary (Diamante) Caruso.  She graduated from high school and in 1967 she married James Terrill.  She devoted her life to caring for her home and family.  Rita was a good cook and created flavorful Italian meals, sharing her talents and family heritage.  She also processed and canned food and enjoyed baking and sewing.  Rita was an animal lover and her dogs were an important part of her family.

She is survived by her son, Eric Terrill of Gobles, brother, Phil Caruso of Plainwell and her sister, Rose Zois of Chicago.

Her husband James preceded her in death.
