Words can’t sufficiently express how devastated we are to have learned the sad news. I hope you know that all of you are in our thoughts. Everyone who worked with Rich loved being around him because he created a comfortable and fun environment everywhere he went. His sense of humor was always appreciated. Everyone here at work who knew him knew that he loved his family more than anything else. You will remain in my thoughts daily and those of us who were lucky enough to work with him will never forget him and the positive impact he made in our lives.

I am so saddened to hear of Rich’s passing. I had the opportunity to work on the same team with Rich for a year, and spent 4 days with him in Minneapolis last year on business. Rich was a good man, and I offer my condolences to his family and friends, as I lift you up in prayer during this time of grief.

My prayers are with your family during this difficult time. I had the privilege of mentoring Rich while he was new to LPL! We went on a few Branch Exam trips together and during those times he always spoke of his love for his family! His face lit up when talking about his beautiful wife! Rest peacefully, Rich.

Tracey, Matt, Clint and Lisa,

I’m so sorry.

Rich loved all of you, but Matt and Clint were his pride and joy. He didn’t miss many of the boy’s games. Hot pool auditoriums, rainy baseball diamonds, freezing football stadiums, or sleeting soccer fields… Rich was there watching Matt and Clint.

Vacations!!! Rich was there too. He took the boys from Myrtle Beach to the Florida Keys…enjoying every minute of each trip.

Many fun memories will comfort breaking hearts for all of us.

Stay Strong.

God is holding all of you.

I am so sorry to just now be hearing about Richard. My deepest sympathy to Matt & Clint as no child needs to lose their parent. He always talked highly of you both. I met Rich after his divorce with Lisa & have been friends since. I was in contact up until or about his final days guessing. He was always a funny guy with bad knees that I teased him about. He was always there when you needed him. I never thought I would find this. May you Rest In Peace now.
