Nancy A. Jenney

Nancy passed away on December 29, 2025, at her home in Plainwell. She was born in Plainwell, the daughter of Donald and Sally (Myers) Jenney.

Nancy dedicated herself to her career as a waitress and bartender, serving patrons at various establishments in the area and in Florida. Nancy found joy in the simple pleasures that life had to offer. She had a passion for flowers and plants and loved working in her garden. She enjoyed socializing and cherished moments spent with family and friends, especially during family gatherings. Nancy found adventure in riding 3 wheelers and loved Harley Davidson motorcycles.

Nancy is survived by her fiancé, David Jager; siblings: Robin Matthews, Lincoln (Simone) Jenney, and Kelley (Michael) Helmboldt, all of Plainwell; niece and nephews, Hailey, Donald and Zach, along with several great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and stepfather, Cap Johnson. 

According to her wishes cremation has taken place. 

A celebration of Nancy’s life will be held in the spring.
