My deepest sympathies to all the Dalrymple family. Laura was a very special lady to all who knew her. I remember when she decided to go back to school and get her high school diploma. She did it before the schools had adult ed and graduated in 1975 with Mike and the rest of our class at Otsego High School. I am sure that act inspired many, I know it did me. May she rest in peace as she reunites with Bob in Heaven.

The Dalrymple Family you are all in my thoughts! Laura I will miss you! We bowled for many years together and had lot of laughs over those years! Then, we played Bingo on Friday nights and made more memories. Loved hearing you yell BINGO! The last wish you shared with me has now become true … you are with Bob again! Rest easy my friend….❤️

To all of Laura’s family:

I’m so sorry to hear of your mom’s passing my son and I are truly saddened. We really missed seeing her when we left Otsego when my mom passed in 2017. I absolutely loved your mom she was a beautiful woman with a heart of gold and an amazing spirit. I spent so many hours with her and your dad over at the Long household and at her house as well when they would be playing cards, or I’d tag along with them when they would go to bingo. Your mom had an amazing knack to not only watch her bingo cards as well but would be able to tell me when I’d miss a number on my cards too. She’d play like a zillion of them it just amazed me. A few years before we left the area I played bingo a lot and we really got to share a lot more about our lives and be closer friends. She always loved my boy Matt (Brian’s son)she just couldn’t get over how tall he was. Your mom always gave me damn good advice about life and I treasured every word. She truly was a great lady and I know you all will miss her dearly. I will keep you all in prayer and ask God to help heal your hearts and help to bring all the great memories to you so you all can get through this truly difficult time. I know that your mom always had it on the back of her mind that she would be so overjoyed when she would get to see your dad again. She truly missed him. May God bring peace to all of you.

To Robert Ruimveld and Family: Your all in my Prayers. Laura was a one of a kind kind of Lady. She was never was short for words. And wasn’t afraid to tell it like it was. I went to Bingo one Friday nite at Laura’s favorite spot. She stood beside me and showed me exactly what to do. She will most definently be missed. Now your back with the Love of your life.
