Kevin was definitely that one in a million. Kevin and I worked together at the paper mill for quite some time. We would go shooting almost every Friday morning after work. Kevin you are deeply missed already. My prayers go out to the family, for strength and comfort.

“Connoisseur of life”! Yeah, couldn’t have have had him pegged any better than that! Always noticed that most questions that came across people’s minds and normally gets a head scratch and then shrugged off got the full, head on attack from Kevin! He just HAD to figure it out! I don’t mean just look up the definition. I mean research it and get a complete understanding of it, and how it worked! Mental voracity. Always admired that about him, and his humor! Never forget his humor! The mere mention of his name has never failed to bring a smile to my face.

You knew Kevin so well. I watched his brain “smoken” with all of his figuring things out. Sometimes I think he made up stuff just to look it up to see if it existed

My deepest sympathies go out to the Boulter family. Kevin was always very supportive of our musical efforts and let me play his drums before I had my own, something I will always be grateful for. He leaves us much too soon.

Kevin was the heartbeat of the Hip Replacements! He was smart, hip, and funny! He made us so much better! He was a great friend and always kept us grinnin’ with his jokes and antics! My heart and sorrow go out to his family! We in the band thank you for allowing him to be a part of the show. He left following the old show business adage; leave ’em wanting more! We will miss him always. We will never be the same!

My heart goes out to the Boulter and Stoughton families during this time of loss. Kevin was one of the nicest, most genuine individuals that I have had the pleasure to know. His sense of humor, gift of conversation, and passion for life will surely be missed. I have many, many memories of my adventures with Kevin…..some illegal, some not…..and those memories never fail to bring a smile to my face. Godspeed, my friend…….See you on the other side.

As so many others said, he was one in a million, our Heavenly Father gained a wonderful angel. Thinking of and praying for the Families and especially for Robin (whom I’ve known since childhood) who is also a wonderful person like Kevin, they made a great couple! RIP Kevin

Boulter Family,

What a sad day when we found out about Kevin’s passing. Our family has so many treasured neighborhood memories. We had quite the neighborhood group. We all lived on East Hammond st, riding bikes all over Dix St Elementary School. Getting along in the morning, fighting by noon, back playing together by dinner. Typical kid stuff. Such a clear & simple time in our all of our lives. Our Mom, Onalee send prayers to all of you. She often talks about different things she did with Ardith, she misses her ver much. Hold each other close and talk about all the awesome memories Kevin brought to each and everyone of you. Kevin’s home now, his journey here is done. Love to all of you.
