Jonathon C. Blowers

Jonathon C. Blowers passed away peacefully at his home on December 17, 2025, at the age of 41. Born on February 1, 1984, in Kalamazoo to Peter and Dawn (Moore) Blowers. Jon was a proud graduate of Otsego High School, where he completed his education in 2002 before earning a Master’s degree in accounting from Western Michigan University.

Professionally, Jon dedicated his talents and expertise as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), working in Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo.

He had a love for fishing, golf and enjoyed spending quality time outdoors. An avid gamer, he found joy in playing Warhammer. Jon was a loyal supporter of the Detroit Tigers and the Pistons. His musical talent shone through as he played the trombone during his high school years and continued to share his love of music in community band performances.

He leaves behind a loving family, including his wife, Hannah; his parents, Pete and Dawn Blowers; his sister, Becky Minser; and his brother, Tom Blowers. He is also survived by his grandmothers, Coleen Blowers and Mari Keiser, and his grandfather, Charlie Moore, along with several nieces and nephews.

Jon is preceded in death by his grandfather, Michael Blowers.

Friends may visit with Jon’s family starting at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at Winkel Funeral Home, Otsego, until the time of the burial at 3:00 P.M., at Mountain Home Cemetery in Otsego.
