John W. Tippen

John passed away Friday, September 20, 2019 at his home in Plainwell.

He was born December 29, 1960 in Watervliet, the son of George and Devona (Lamb) Tippen. For many years John had been a carpenter with his brother in Texas. John enjoyed woodworking, carpentry and growing plants.

Surviving are his siblings, Darla (Bill) Strong, Gayle (Frank) Angel, George Tippen, Bob (Laura) Tippen and Charles Tippen along with many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Cheryl, Rick, Bill and Katie.

According to his wishes cremation has taken place.
