Jennifer E. Pillars

Jenny passed away Monday, June 6, 2022 at her home in Otsego.

She was born December 27, 1946 in Plainwell, the daughter of Irving and Ethel (Fletcher) Fuller. Jenny worked at Kmart, the Kellogg Biological Station and owned and operated Jenny & Ron’s Market. Jenny loved doing crafts, puzzles and word searches. She enjoyed collecting Coca Cola memorabilia, but preferred drinking Pepsi. Jenny liked traveling out west, viewing wild life, watching the squirrels and camping. She loved her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her dogs. On February 14, 1964 at Otsego Church of God she married Ronald Pillars who survives.

Also surviving are her children, Bob (Terri) Pillars of Gobles and Ken Pillars of Otsego; grandchildren, Jamie, Sarah, Samantha, Stephanie, Bob, Danielle, Nikki, Ricky, Amelia and Kenny Jr.; 22 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Pam; granddaughter, Ronda Lee and by her siblings, Irving Jr., Raymond, Rosie, Donna, Pat, Bea and Carol.

According to her wishes cremation has taken place.

Friends may visit with Jenny’s family starting at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, June 11, 2022, at the Winkel Funeral Home, Otsego, until the time of the memorial service at 11:00 A.M., with Celebrant Bill Rose officiating.

Aunt Jenny and Uncle Ron has been such a wonderful happy part of so much of my life. I cannot believe that she is gone. My heart goes out to you Uncle Ron and to all the family. I can imagine how empty it is without her. I will keep you all in my prayers.

What a wonderful mother in Law (MOM). I Loved when mom and dad would come visit me in Minnesota. Mom I will miss you dearly. I will miss talking about goats and you wonderful Hugs. Prayers and strength to the pillars family

I always enjoyed talking with Jennie when she ran the store on Helen Street. And later at the Otsego City dump where Ron worked until he retired. She would be there to help him. God Bless you Jennie. Dave Delemme
