Gary Foote

Gary passed away Monday, May 26, 2025 in Kalamazoo. Gary was born April 6, 1944 in Hastings, MI to George and Ruth (McKibbin) Foote. 

 He was a graduate of Martin High School and DeVry University. Gary worked jobs in many fields, finally retiring from Haworth. Gary loved motorcycles, especially his Harley Davidson and was a former member of the Christian Motorcycle Association. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Gobles. He enjoyed eating out, fixing machines, country music and DJ-ing. 

He is survived by his sisters Sheryl Gluchowski of Cooper Twp., Shirley (Jack) VanDyk of Plainwell, a brother George Foote of Middleville, and several nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded by his parents, his wife Velma and brother Charles Foote of Martin. 

Cremation has taken place. 

A Graveside Service will be held at Prairieville Cemetery, date and time to be determined.
