Ethel Marie Bowers

Marie passed away Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Borgess Medical Center.

She was born July 25, 1937 in Plainwell, the daughter of George and Betty (Leonard) Fletcher. Marie had worked at Checker Motors, General Motors and Perrigo. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening and watching old western movies.

Surviving are her children, Steve Oetman of Allegan, Terry (Tami) Oetman of Kalamazoo, Larry Oetman of Otsego and Alan Oetman of Plainwell; 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and her brother, George Fletcher of Hamilton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, granddaughter, Tara Oetman and her siblings, Dean, Billy, Jack and Gail.

A graveside service will take place at 1:00 P.M., Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Mountain Home Cemetery, Otsego.
