Corinne A. Crisman

Corinne passed away Monday, April 27, 2026, at Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo. 

She was born on July 14, 1962, in Plainwell, the daughter of Conrad and Mary Ann (Meyers) Markle. Corinne was a devoted wife, mother, sister, and cherished friend, whose presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Corinne graduated from Otsego High School in 1980. During her high school years, she worked at the Plainwell Police Department and went on to work at AMFCO, Meijer, and Denso Manufacturing. 

Her greatest passion was her family. Corinne was the best stay-at-home mom, lovingly prioritizing the well-being and nurturing of her children. In her free time Corinne enjoyed sewing, reading books, listening to music, doing puzzles, and caring for animals. Her love of the outdoors was evident in summers spent camping up north and hours spent maintaining her beautiful rose garden. On December 29, 1986, she married Richard Crisman in Kalamazoo. 

Also surviving are her children, Dion Cole, Melanie (John) Carruthers, and Devin (Jessica) Crisman; her stepchildren, Richard Crisman III and Lisa Crisman; 20 grandchildren, who brought her immense happiness; her mother, Mary Ann Markle; siblings David (Julia) Markle and Craig Markle; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cherished adopted family members. 

She was preceded in death by her father and brother, Ronnie. 

According to her wishes cremation has taken place.
