Carl F. Nast Jr.

Carl passed away Friday, June 25, 2021 at the Wings Home in Allegan.

He was born October 14, 1950 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the son of Carl and Helen (Beale) Nast. For 24 years he worked at Allegan Tubular Products until his retirement in 2015. In his free time Carl enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Surviving are his life partner, Jean Aukerman; daughter, Renee Nast-Stack of Otsego; grandchildren, Tyler and Cody Nast, Shane (Kailey) Aukerman and Justine (Chris Coulter) Aukerman; siblings, Dennis (Vickie) Nast, Donna Moyer, Debra (Ron) Boys, Craig (Debbie) Nast, Dawn (Dominic) Brown; many nieces and nephews and best friend, Haywood Beazley.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Steven Nast.

According to his wishes cremation has taken place.

This Man was like a dad to me. A perfect neighbor! Bonfires were our thing. We could talk for hours.

I am so glad I seen him Wednesday and sat with him for 2 hrs. I left with my heart happy because I put a smile on his face several times. I am still shocked he went quickly.

Carl was a lifelong friend of my dads and he was considered a part of our family…we will always think about and miss him

Jeanie, I just found out about Carl’s passing. My heart goes out to you. You have had two good men in your lifetime and lost them each to cancer. God bless you and take care. I love you old friend.
