Connie L. Van Linder
VAN LINDER, Connie L. Van Linder of Kalamazoo, MI passed away Thursday, October 29, 2020 at Alamo Nursing Home in Kalamazoo. She was born December 19, 1944 in Plainwell, the daughter of Ronald and Ruth (Oertwig) Van Linder. Connie grew up in Watervliet and Otsego. She enjoyed spending weekends with her sister before moving to Alamo Nursing Home where she lived for the last several years.
Surviving are her siblings, Mike Van Linder of Florida, Pat (Galen “Skip”) Blough and Dennis Van Linder of Florida along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
According to her wishes cremation has taken place. Burial of ashes will take place at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta with her parents.
Contributions in memory of Connie may be made to Gryphon Place in Kalamazoo.

I was heartbroken to hear of Connie’s passing. Pat you made her so happy with your visits and making sure she had what she needed. She loved to have her hair colored,thank you for allowing her to express herself. I never knew what to expect purple,blue,red,pink she was so proud of all the compliments she received. I will always remember how sweet and gentle she was to her baby doll. God Bless you and the family and it was an honor to be her social worker.
