
Brian passed away, unexpectedly, Friday, July 7, 2023 at his home in Hamilton.
He was born March 8, 1967 in Kokomo, Indiana, the son of Frederick and Patricia (Sproal) Gordon. Brian had many jobs over the years including working on a mushroom farm, as a mechanic, factory worker and woodworking. He loved all things cars. Mudding, two tracking, collecting and working on cars. Brian also enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Surviving are his children, Courtney (Sarah Jones) Smith of Plainwell, his mother, Patricia of Virginia; fiancée, Marjorie Day of Hamilton, son, Joshua Day of Hamilton; daughter, Kaylee Day of Hamilton; grandchildren, Abel, Noel, Remington, Kadlynn, Zander, Bentley and Carter; brother, Matthew of Virginia along with many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father; brother, Steven; sister, Lisha; grandson, Gunner; aunt, Lois and mother-in-law, Janet.
Friends may visit with Brian’s family starting at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at the Martin United Methodist Church, until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 A.M., with Pastor Maggie Stoken officiating.
Cremation will follow.
Contributions in memory of Brian may be made to the American Heart Association or to a local addiction and recovery charity.

I just came home a year ago and was getting used to seeing you all the time when I was a work. I will miss you deeply and I promise I will keep the promises I made to you to continue bettering my life and doing what I need to. I am so sorry for the loss of Brain he was a very good person he helped me out a number of times and he was their to help my Daddy and he showed my youngest son how to put brakes on his car.
