Beverly passed away, Thursday, March 9, 2023, at her home in Kalamazoo, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born June 24, 1950 in Elkhart, Indiana, the daughter of Lewis and Ruth (Chapin) Schooley. For 30 years Beverly worked at Walmart until her retirement in 2021. In her free time she enjoyed trips to the casino, playing bingo and collecting frogs. Most of all Beverly loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.
Surviving are her son, Robert (Maria) Busk of Hastings; grandchildren, Brandon of Portage and Trevor of Allegan; siblings, Mary Schooley-Lightner, Judy Bower, William Schooley, Lewis Schooley, and Richard Schooley along with many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Leslie VanLuven and Kent Worthen and brother, Donald Schooley.
According to her wishes cremation has taken place.
