Chauncey ‘Rob’ Reynolds life was taken suddenly Saturday, June 19, 2010 while enjoying an afternoon ride on his motorcycle. He was born to Chauncey and Sandra (Maki) Reynolds at Kincheloe AFB, Michigan. His hobbies included riding, cooking and spending time with his friends. His first love and most prized possessions are his children Laurin, Brandan and Brooklynn Reynolds of Otsego. You could always find Rob at basketball, football, band, Scouts, T-ball, his Mother’s, Don’s Bike Fix and hanging with buds. Rob enjoyed charity. Maybe you’re one of the lucky, when Rob reached out his hand in your time of need. He just finished the Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Rally in Washington, D. C., the ride honoring POW’s, MIA’s and Veterans. He regretted that he hadn’t served his country, but knew it wasn’t too late to make a difference. Rob was preceded in death by his father, Chauncey and the mother of his children, Jennifer Newnum. In addition to his children, also surviving are his mother, his brother, Ronald Reynolds of Kentucky, his sister Karena (Reynolds) and Dixon Pulver of Otsego; nieces, Emily Handy, Mackenzie Pulver; nephews Andrew Handy, Matthew Pulver; several aunts; numerous cousins. Friends may meet his family from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Wednesday at the Winkel Funeral Home, Otsego, where services will be held Thursday at 11:00 A.M., Mr. Todd A. Miller officiating. Cremation will follow the service. Memorial gifts can be made to an educational trust fund for his children through Fifth Third Bank.
