SNYDER, Shirley L. Snyder of Otsego, MI passed away Thursday, June 3, 2010 at her home surrounded by her family and friends. Shirley was born February 12, 1957 in Columbus, OH the daughter of Howard and Blanche Edna (Beavers) Borror. She had been employed with Parker Hannifin in Otsego for over 30 years. Shirley was a member of Otsego Moose Lodge and enjoyed bowling, camping, fishing, motorcycling being with her family and friends and she loved watching sports!! On May 23, 1981 she married Terry Snyder who survives. Also surviving are her daughter, Amy Snyder and her fiancee’ Rick Marcus; brothers, Raymond (Bev) Borror, Dwight Borror, Don (Theresa) Borror, Gary Borror, Jimmy (Cindy) Borror; sisters, Dorothy (Robert) Conrad, Ruth (Joe) Burge, Martha (Mike) Seebach, RoseMary (Bob) Chopin and Helen Borror; mother-in-law, Maryette Snyder; brothers-in-law, Larry (Sharon) Snyder, Gary (Vicki) Snyder; sisters-in-law, Sheri Snyder and Suzie Snyder; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, her step-mother, Maxine Goodacre; father-in-law, Howard Snyder and a sister, Donna Borror. Friends may meet with the family Sunday from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the Winkel Funeral Home, Otsego, where services will be held Monday at 11:00 AM, with the Women of the Moose officiating. Interment at Hillside Cemetery. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to Wings of Hope Hospice.
