Betty Jean Guild of Allegan, Michigan passed away Saturday, February 27, 2010 in Allegan. Mrs. Guild was born April 20, 1929 in Battle Creek, MI the daughter of Peter and Marjorie (Gradwell) Collins. Betty was employed as a nurse’s aid at Allegan General Hospital for many years and then worked at K-Mart in Otsego until they closed. She is survived by her children; David (Jo) Guild of NJ, Judy Nash of Belmont, MI, Sherry Honemann of Lake, MI and Sandy (Dennis) Forbes of Gobles; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Pat (Ernie) Hagerman of Allegan and Carolyn (Jim) Wurzel of Virginia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hurley Guild in 2007. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
