Warren R. Paff of Cooper Township, Michigan passed away Friday, February 12, 2010 at his home. Mr. Paff was born October 30, 1933 in Kalamazoo, the son of Phillip and Faith (Goodell) Paff. Warren was an avid bowler, loved playing cards, especially Cribbage, and going out for breakfast. He was a sports fanatic, working crossword puzzles, hunting and fishing. He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Kalamazoo. Warren was employed at Georgia Pacific Paper Mill for 43 years, retiring in 1996. On October 23, 1987 in Allegan, he married Sandra Lucky who survives. Also surviving are a sister, Marie (John) Kremer of Colorado; his children, Pam (David) Oldberg of Kalamazoo, Karen (Walter) Kaminski of New Jersey, Timothy Paff of Kalamazoo, Scott (Kim) Paff of Plainwell, David (Stephanie) Paff of Kenosha, WI, Richard (Denise) Paff of Plainwell and Mark (Melissa) Paff of Kalamazoo; stepchildren, Pam (Spencer) Paul of Georgia, Terry Paul of Georgia, Tom Webb of Marquette; 21 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren;; many nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Patricia; and his uncle, Ernie Goodell. Friends may meet with his family on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at the Winkel Funeral Home, Otsego, where a funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11:00 A.M., Pastor Jerry Bowen officiating. Entombment will be at Mount Ever-Rest Memorial Park in Kalamazoo at 3:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sandra for her expenses.
