Cynthia A. “Cindy” Sincler of Plainwell, Michigan passed away Monday, February 8, 2010 at her home with her family at her side. Cynthia was born November 21, 1954 in Kalamazoo to Walter and Rika (Kroeze) Griffith. Cynthia had been employed with the Allegan General Hospital for 35 years and had also worked at the Allegan Medical Clinic for several years. She attended the Otsego Church of God. On June 22, 1974 in Otsego she married Richard W. Sincler who survives. Also surviving are her children, Richard Lee (Mindy) Sincler of Otsego and Carmen Lee (Joshua) Cobb of Plainwell; grandchildren, Kaden Sincler and Peyton Cobb and a step-grandchild, Colton Parmeter; mother, Rika Griffith of Plainwell; sister, Sandra Burrma of Plainwell; and a niece, Elena (Mike) Johnson. Cynthia was preceded in death by her father. Visitation will take place on Thursday from 2-4 and from 6-8pm at Winkel Funeral Home where services will take place on Friday at 11am with Pastor Stephen J. Burrow officiating. Memorial contributions can be made to the Allegan General Hospital Cancer Foundation or to Wings of Hope Hospice.
