Lucille Minegar

Lucille F. Minegar ‘Lucy’ of Otsego, Michigan,┬ápassed away Saturday, February 9, 2013 in Otsego. Mrs. Minegar was born October 10, 1930 in Orangeville to John and Ruth (Burd) McLaughlin and was a lifelong resident of the area.

Lucy was a devoted homemaker and for several years was employed as an inspector with Shakespeare Co.

Surviving are her son, Dale Minegar; two sisters, Ruby Mottor and Donna, both of Otsego; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dean Minegar, in 1991; and her brother, Raymond McLaughlin.

A private family service was held at the Winkel Funeral Home, Otsego on Tuesday, February 12, 2013, with Rev. Mark Minegar officiating. Burial followed in Mountain Home Cemetery, Otsego.

Contributions in memory of Lucy may be made to the Dussia House or Reverence Home Health & Hospice.
