  31. Dwight & Sandi Buchholz says:

We came to know John and Nancy through our annual vacations to Jamaica. For eight years we looked forward to their arrival day on the property. A hug from both of them made us feel like we were safe and among family again. Now as to why John was a special man…being from western Canada we were used to explaining our home and country to many folks we met in Jamaica. John was the exception. He knew more about Canada than many Canadians did, and what he didn’t know he took the time to research and learn. He did all of this to make us and other Canucks he met feel comfortable. Dwight in particular will always remember the pre-dawn chats he had with John…a fellow early riser. No topic was untouched, and we both came away feeling listened to and respected. A rarity in these turbulent times. Nancy and family…you have lost a very good man. Our hearts are breaking for you as you deserved many more years with him. We know you will always treasure his memories.

God be with you and your family. John & Debbie Lambert
