Janet F. Quick of Otsego, Michigan, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ March 18, 2009. Janet was born November 7, 1948 in Allegan to Cecil and Wilma (VanderMeere) Dalrymple and was a lifelong resident of the area. For many years she was employed with Richard Allen, Inc. in Richland and Aspen Surgical Products in Grand Rapids. Janet faithfully attended the WatsonBibleChurch for many years. She enjoyed gardening, traveling, hiking and spending time with her family. On November 6, 1965 in WatsonTownship, she married Vern Quick, who survives. Also surviving are a son and two daughters, Russell (Tammy) Quick of Wayland, Lisa ( George) Meade and Lori (Matt) Greenman, both of Allegan; five grandchildren, Dustin, Shelby, Chelsea, Emily and Alexis; her mother, Wilma Dalrymple, of Otsego; two brothers, Gary Dalrymple and Cecil Dalrymple, both of Otsego. She was preceded in death by her father and by her brother, William Dalrymple. Friends may meet the family from 5 to 8 P.M. Thursday at the Winkel Funeral Home, Otsego. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday at the WatsonBibleChurch, Pastor James Collison officiating. Burial will follow at HicksCemetery, WatsonTownship. Contributions in memory of Janet may be made to Wings of Hope Hospice.
